• Performed in the regions by top Yachting New Zealand coaches for Clubs with on-going training groups in youth classes *

National Youth Clinic

• Training clinics run one day after the Winter Champs and one week after the Sir Peter Blake Regatta
• Open to sailors who sailed in the above mentioned regattas in targetted youth classes (420, Laser Radial, RS:X 8.5)
• Registration is compulsory and forms are to be returned 2 weeks before the clinic start date

NZL Yachting Trust Youth Team Camps

• All teams who completed ISAF Youth selection trials are invited**
• Camps run after NZL Yachting Trust Youth Team selection
• Five camps focussed on the needs of the NZL Yachting Trust Youth Team

* Youth classes are those classes that will compete in the up-coming ISAF Youth World Championships

** Teams who complete selection trials must be capable of adding to the training programme. If any team requires repeated rescuing in certain conditions they may be asked to provide their own rescue craft and support personnel so that coaches can focus on coaching
